Shape faculty-wide operations and enable outstanding health education and research
The Faculty of Medicine, Health and Human Sciences (FMHHS) is seeking a Faculty Operations Manager to strengthen how operational and administrative services are planned and delivered across the Faculty. Working closely with the Head of Faculty Operations and a wide range of stakeholders, you'll sit at the point where strategy becomes day-to-day delivery. From budget planning and resourcing through to staff and student lifecycle administration, you'll make sure the operational foundations are in place so academic colleagues can focus on world-class education, research and clinical activity.
If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, guiding a service-focused team and being the person people turn to for considered advice, this role offers genuine scope to influence outcomes across one of Australia's most ambitious health faculties.
About the Role
As Faculty Operations Manager, you will manage, plan and deliver operational and administrative services across the Faculty, as a key part of its operational services delivery model.

About Us
